Return Policy


If you give us the wrong address OR you are not home to sign for the package OR you do not pick up your package when you have been left a message to do so, the package will be returned to us. When you make an error such as this, we will re-ship the package again at your expense.

Customers who “refuse” their package will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Cancelled orders are also subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee for time spent on processing the order.

Your order is inspected before it leaves our warehouse. So if damage does occur it is through no fault of yours or ours. It will become the responsibility of UPS to cover all damages. You will need to file a claim with UPS so please be sure to keep all the packaging and paperwork.

The “Money Back Guarantee” is good on first time, original purchases only and Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Before returning a product, a “Return Authorization Number” is required. To receive this number, e-mail your request to returns@stopyourskinproblem.com and you will then be issued a number with mailing instructions.

Orders returned without an authorization number will not be refunded nor will they be returned. If you return unauthorized merchandise and would like it sent back to you, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping. After 7 days, any returned unauthorized merchandise will be discarded. Returns are subject to management discretion and all resulting decisions are final.
